Free shipping worldwide! 

We offer free standard air shipping and provide you the tracking number of your parcel (local post companies of some countries don’t track little  parcels).

We ship within 1 - 5 business days after order payment.
TIME of delivery (approximate):
USA, Canada, Australia, NZ  14 - 21 business days
Europe - usually takes 7 - 14 business days

Maximum term of delivery is 30 days (rarely)

We do not include the cost of customs duties and import fees in our shipping costs, so please make sure to contact your local post office or customs office to find out if customs duties are payable upon receipt on the product you are purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email using Email interface and include a picture of the item so we can arrange for free replacement that will be sent within 1-5 business days. 

If your shipping address is incorrect or the parcel wasn’t received by the fault of the recipient, the we resend clock after getting if back and getting of the shipping cost payment..

If the parcel wasn’t not delivered to you within a month, we’ll refund you money or send the new clock (upon your choice).
